Environmental policy

Mikro Kemi AB is a pure service company without own manufacturing. The need for transportation is very limited. Our business thus has no significant effect on the environment. We do however have an opportunity to improve the environment by influencing the environmental work of our suppliers. New suppliers will be audited and evaluated from an environmental point of view. Our own interest and frequent contacts with demanding customers contribute to continuous attention to environmental issues.

Responsibility and follow-up
The president has the ultimate responsibility for the environmental work. Each employee is responsible for applying the company's guidelines  in their daily work.

Overall impression
The European Union is pursuing an extensive environmental work with directives, regulations and ongoing investigations.  The company's view is that all Swedish measures should be harmonized with this work and that special  Swedish solutions should be avoided. It is the total impact on the environment that is important. We support the overall impression that is the foundation for the Swedish environmental regulation.

Measures should be:

• Technically feasible
• Financially reasonable

 

Naturally, the company follows all applicable environmental regulations.
